Lee Ann Burns
Lee Ann Burns has been married to her husband Terry for 43 years. They moved from Texas 34 years ago and raised their five daughters on their central Michigan farm near Mt. Pleasant. She received a BS in Home Economics Education from UT Austin in 1983 . Her degree prepared her well for 25 years of homeschooling each of their daughters from K5 to12th grade. Throughout the academic years, they were also busy with music lessons, riding lessons & Pony Club, homeschool basketball & volleyball, and church youth group. Lee Ann has made a life of serving God through serving her family and neighbors. She fulfilled her passion for the Home by homeschooling her children in academics and teaching them her love for Scripture, homemaking and serving others. As a lifelong learner, she hosted a Ladies Bible Study in her home for over 10 years, and has been a Mentor Mom the past 5 years. She can probably be found gardening, cooking, helping someone with home decor ideas, sailing Lake Michigan with her husband or visiting her daughters and 8 grandchildren who live all across the United States. “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23 |
Allie Bruski
Allie Bruski is a wife to Matt and mother of four, ages 8 to 15. At the center of her heart is her relationship with Christ, which is the source of her strength and her many blessings. Allie enjoys connecting with her children and involving them in her daily life, and dreaming big with her husband about their future. She spends her time homeschooling, leading women's groups, hosting gatherings, gardening in their greenhouse and farm, and camping and traveling with her family. "What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son but gave Him up for us all, how will He not also with Him graciously give us all things?" Romans 8:31-32 |
Heather Allen
Heather Allen is a wife, mom, and Jesus follower. She and her family are entrepreneurs and own a few small family businesses that she helps manage. Heather homeschooled her children for over 16 years and considers the days spent laboring on their education as some of her most significant. She has helped organize and teach co-op classes, often ending up in the kitchen coaching aspiring chefs. In addition to loving good food, Heather has worked as a writer for multiple publications and served as a volunteer in varying women's ministries. |
Randy McDonald
Randy and Beth were married in 1981 and have four married daughters and ten grandchildren. Randy spent many years in the car business. Desiring to learn the Bible as well as he knew the car business, Randy devoted himself to studying the Bible and earned his certificate in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute. In 2020 he received training to be a Caring for the Heart counselor and began Melei Ministry. Randy now mentors couples and uses his mentor training to help others in business. |
